- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- Pita bread, for serving
- Tzatziki sauce, for serving
- Fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions), for serving
Step 1: Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup olive oil, 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
